Consumer Behavior: A Peek Behind the Scenes

Hey there! Let’s talk a little bit about what I’ve noticed about my amazing clients and how they behave. It’s actually pretty interesting when you think about it, because stepping into a session is kind of like stepping into another world.
My clients are nice, regular people living their everyday lives, with jobs, family, and hobbies (the only reason I know this is because they tell me; I never ask personal questions, but if they share something, I’m happy to listen). And then- bam! For a couple of hours, they get to be someone completely different. A character. Someone who might be totally different from their everyday self. Some love diving into full-on role play. Others? They just want a few services, no role play needed, and that’s totally fine.
Now, here’s the fun part: most people behave beautifully. They read the services, fill out the booking form properly, pay their deposit on time, and show up on time. We chat, we play, we have a laugh, and everything goes smoothly. Honestly, it’s 99% lovely people just wanting a safe, fun experience.
Of course, there are a few things I consider unacceptable. For example, some people want to chat about their fantasies before booking but aren’t willing to pay the pre-consultation fee. That’s a no-go. Chatting about a client’s fantasy is a paid service; otherwise, I could listen to people’s fantasies all day for free! I run a business, and my time and services need to be paid for.
Another issue I’ve seen once is when someone pays via bank transfer on arrival and the payment is still pending. The booking can’t start until the payment is fully cleared, it’s just how it works.
Rarely, if I sense any kind of negative behaviour from an SMS message, or if I feel someone is not suitable to play, I don’t engage further. I simply block the number without notice.
But here’s the takeaway: the vast majority of clients are awesome! We’re all here for a little escape, a little fun, and a little play, ethically, consensually, and respectfully. Everyone enjoys themselves, no one feels awkward, and that’s what makes the experience so magical.
Cheers, Heidi
